The Mathematical Sciences Department at the University of Massachusetts Lowell invites applications for three full-time visiting faculty positions at the rank of Lecturer to start on September 1, 2018. The positions include high-quality teaching and service contributions to the Department and the University. The position is full time for a 9-month academic year, including benefits, and is renewable.

Responsibilities will consist primarily of teaching existing courses at the undergraduate level. The successful candidate may be involved in advising undergraduate students, service and outreach activities, and actively participating in continuing efforts to improve the department educational mission. Minimum Qualifications (Required):
•     An earned doctorate or a Master’s degree with 5 years teaching experience in Math or a closely related discipline
•     Degree must be completed by September 1, 2018

Additional Considerations:
•     Demonstrated excellence teaching at the undergraduate level
