Department of Food Science & Nutrition, University of Minnesota, St. Paul, MN seeks an Assistant Professor in Food Safety & Microbiology. 

This position will be a nine-month tenure-track appointment with 60% extension and 40% research responsibilities in Food Safety and Microbiology at the Assistant Professor level.
