The Department of Chemistry and Forensic Science Program seeks qualified individuals for a full-time Lecturer position. This posting is for the Fall 2018. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on program and departmental teaching needs.

The anticipated need may include but is not limited to:
Principles of Forensic Science and Lab; Forensic Science Analysis and Lab; Forensic Internship; and; other Forensic-related courses.

The candidate will also participate in forensic science student advising and recruitment, as well as internship coordinating. Since the forensic program is a FEPAC accredited program, the candidate will be expected to become a member of AAFS and contribute to the forensic field and attend accrediting workshops.

Other duties may include working with the director on accreditation and forensic office duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in chemistry, forensic chemistry, or closely related field.
