The Department of Computer Science and Information Systems within the Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering and Sciences, seeks to hire a Teaching Instructor in Computer Science. The department offers two degree programs: BS degree in Computer Science and BS degree in Information Systems. The position is 9-month, full-time, and benefits-eligible.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science and Information Systems courses for baccalaureate programs and service classes for other majors. The successful candidate will also be expected to perform other service associated with a faculty position.

A M.S. in Computer Science is required. The ability to teach courses for both CS and IS programs is preferred. Commitment to teaching excellence, responsiveness to student needs, and good communication skills are essential.
