The Department of Anatomy and Physiology is seeking applicants for a Fellow (Post Doc). The purpose of this position is to support the research goals of the Comer Group through performing computational studies of molecular systems.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Employee must have a PhD or equivalent terminal degree in a science or engineering field and research experience in life sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics or computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in performing molecular simulations, especially those including biomolecules. Experience using academic-grade molecular simulation (NAMD, Gromacs, Amber, CHARMM, or LAMMPS) and visualization software (Pymol or VMD) is preferred. Previous programming experience is also desirable, for example in Python, Perl, Tcl, Bash, C++, Java, R, etc.
