EOS is a University Research Institute at NTU with a mission to conduct fundamental research on earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and climate change in and around Southeast Asia, towards safer and more sustainable societies.

Prof. Wang Xianfeng's isotope geochemistry research group is seeking a Research Fellow. This position is part of a Singapore MOE funded research project hosted by EOS. The group is studying the chemical processes that occur in the Earth's environment and how they impact Earth’s climate system, natural resources, ecosystems, and human societies.

Prof. Wang’s research group aims to contribute to our understanding of the Earth's natural systems by studying various topics, including:

  • The impact of climate change and human activities on the environment, as well as on human health.

  • The geochemical and isotopic signatures of geological and environmental processes.

  • The development of new analytical methods for studying environmental samples.
