Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Science, Engineering, and Technology invites applications for part-time faculty positions in its Math and Computer Science programs effective August 21, 2017. Positions are available for various undergraduate courses in mathematics and computer science, such as Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Differential Equations, Introductory Programming, and Intermediate Programming. The minimum qualifications include an M.S. degree in math or computer science or a closely-related engineering discipline and relevant experience. CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and Pennsylvania Act of 1988 require that crime statistics for Pennsylvania colleges and universities be made available to applicants upon request. Penn State’s combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by the University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
