Job Description
The Department of Biological Sciences at Old Dominion University (ODU) invites applications for two full-time positions as Lecturers to begin in Fall 2025. We seek candidates who can teach Human Anatomy and Physiology lecture courses and associated labs. These are high enrollment courses requiring appropriate pedagogies. Applicants who have experience with online teaching, the Anatomage table, bringing authentic research into undergraduate level labs, and team teaching are preferred. This is a non-tenure track, nine-month teaching position with no expectations of research; teaching in summer is optional, contingent on enrollment. Departmental service and professional development will be expected.

A master’s degree in Biological Sciences, or a related field with teaching experience is required (Ph.D. preferred).
