|
|
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Food Service Management and Nutrition, direct undergraduate practical field experiences/direct student research; maintain an active program of scholarship related to Food Service Management or Nutrition; pursue external funding; and, participate in departmental and University committee work, including curriculum and program development.
Required by date of appointment: Earned Dietetic Registration (RD), doctorate in Human Nutrition, Dietetics or related field, evidence of an emerging record of scholarship and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
College teaching experience, experience working with undergraduate students in practical field experiences, dietetics practice experience and scholarly publications and experience with obtaining external funding, are preferred.
