The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking an Instructor to be involved in designing studies on targeted therapies for glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor, and executing these studies in an independent manner. The appointed candidate is expected to be well-versed in the handling of genetically engineered animal models, performing animal surgery, intracranial injection and evaluating drug combinations in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, the candidate is expected to develop and write research proposals for funding and compile data and manuscript preparation.
