The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Assistant III to support their "Self-Organization of Plasma-Material Interfaces" project. The incumbent will help achieve the goals of the project and will assist with research as proposed.
The Postdoctoral Research Assistant will work with the Principal Investigators for the project to conduct experimental research on plasma interactions with surfaces and magnetic fields.
The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Engineering, Space Science or Physics with 2 – 2 1/2 years of full-time verifiable work experience (to include 1 year of experience in experimental research and data analysis). Experience with lasers and plasma experiments is preferred.
