This will be a full-time permanent position (non-tenure track).

The PARK major provides students with broad training on how to design, manage, develop programs for, and administer federal, state, or local park and recreation areas. Courses with a community emphasis will prepare students for managing and programming at community park and recreation areas, trails, and sporting facilities. All students will learn how to maximize visitor experiences while maintaining the facilities and conserving natural resources.

We seek a colleague who can help build the program and contribute to our commitment to train the next generation of professionals to address high priority issues around parks, outdoor recreation, health, access, leadership, and communication.
