The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for at least one full-time visiting faculty position starting August 2023 at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. The position(s) are available pending budgetary approval. Applicants with a strong research potential in all areas of mathematics will be considered.
Candidates are required to have a PhD in Mathematics or related areas. Evidence of excellence in teaching at all levels of the curriculum and strong communication skills in English are expected. Experience in North American-style higher education is highly desirable.
