The successful applicant will be part of the project entitled "Increasing global and local accuracy of the coarse-grained UNRES model of proteins and its extensions to simulating very large protein systems and racemization of amino-acid residues" (see project page at https://unres.pl/sites/opus2018/) The person will be responsible for parameterization and testing of the new generation of the coarse-grained UNRES force field (www.unres.pl). Good education in math, physics, and chemistry, and fluency in programming with C, C++ or Fortran is required. The position is for 1 year, gross salary approximately 6000 Polish New Zloty/month.
