The
Department of Geology is seeking a
Postdoctoral Associate, who will join a group of physical volcanologists at the University at Buffalo who study a range of volcanic processes through numerical and analog modeling.
Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mentoring graduate students within the volcanology group
- Teaching upper-level planetary science courses
- Helping to carry out necessary research on established grants under the advisement of Dr. Tracy Gregg
- The successful applicant is also encouraged to design and conduct his/her own research that enhances the tasks above.
