The United Arab Emirates University is inviting applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor in Abstract Mathematics. Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Topology and the abstract approach of Linear Algebra. Applicants should be deeply committed to delivering high-quality education at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as a strong dedication to service. They should demonstrate research proficiency, enabling the establishment and maintenance of internally and/or externally funded research in Mathematics related to the relevant field of study. Additionally, candidates are expected to publish their research findings in esteemed, peer-reviewed journals. The Department envisions this position as a significant stride toward building strong research groups in Abstract Mathematics.
