Salary: 320,000 RMB / year after tax + benefits

Job Description
We are looking for 2-3 experienced post-doctoral researchers to work on metamaterial functional devices, such as sensor, thermal emitter, optical switching, etc, and high-speed optical signal processing applying nanophotonic devices. We welcome new research directions.

Requirement
1. Under 35 years old.
2. The candidates should or will have a Ph.D. in optics engineering, optics, materials or related fields.
3. Candidates with laboratory experience in nanofabrication and nanophotonic device measurement (e.g. transmission, free-space, high-speed optoelectronic) will be considered a plus.
4. Previous experience in modeling platforms (e.g., FDTD, FEM, Comsol) is expected.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively and congenially with other group members are essential.

Post-doctoral tasks
1. Publish at least two scientific papers (Journal rank > Chinese JCR Q1) within two years.
2. Complete other assigned tasks.
