This postdoctoral research position will be for a duration of 12-months (potential options exist to extend) and the research entails performing low-temperature plasma modeling in space propulsion. The work will be conducted as a part of a team, however individual responsibilities include developing a code of electron transport in non-neutral reactive gases, mentoring graduate students involved in the project, and reporting reports to the sponsor. Highly motivated and hardworking candidates with a strong background in computational fluid dynamics and plasma physics and engineering and are strongly encouraged to apply immediately by sending a CV.
