The candidate must be able to model fluid flow and mass transport in surface-water systems and significantly contribute to the National Science Foundation-funded $20M interdisciplinary project of Vermont EPSCoR (www.uvm.edu/EPSCoR) Basin Resilience to Extreme Events (BREE).

3) Associate or Assistant Professor in Transportation Systems Engineering. Of particular interest is research expertise in system resiliency, data science and "big data", network modeling, travel behavior, or spatial analysis. An interest in serving a faculty leadership role for the UVM Transportation Research Center is important for this position and thus some equivalent combination of faculty experience and/or leadership roles is an asset.
