A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Satrajit Sinha to study transcriptional and epigenomic control mechanisms that dictate epithelial development, differentiation and oncogenesis. The lab is located in the Department of Biochemistry in the downtown campus with access to cutting-edge resources and core facilities. The lab currently utilizes biochemical and genetic tools such as transgenic mice, and bioinformatics tools to investigate normal processes of development and pathological conditions that afflict primarily stratified epithelium containing tissues and organ such as the skin epidermis and the oral cavity.
