The Department of Chemistry at Tufts University is seeking to hire a tenure-track faculty member for the Dr. Charles W. Fotis A37, AG39 Assistant Professorship in computational chemistry, broadly defined. The Chemistry Department at Tufts is a well-funded and accomplished community of researchers with collaborations spanning the globe. Excellent resources are available, particularly for interdisciplinary research in chemistry. Teaching responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate courses in chemistry related to the candidate’s field of research. Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field and a demonstrated potential to develop an internationally-recognized research program. Prior teaching experience and/or knowledge of modern, equitable teaching practices are preferred, but all candidates with a commitment to excellence in teaching are encouraged to apply.
