We seek candidates to work with federated learning to validate machine learning models trained in different hospital networks. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in biomedical informatics, computer science, information systems, or a related field and a postgraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. The scholarship is worth R$12,000.00 per month, with a duration of up to 12 months. The postdoctoral research will be developed at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Ribeirão Preto Medical School. Responsibilities:
- Cohort organization and data standardization according to OMOP-CDM
- Implementation, adaptation, validation, and integration in a clinical environment of an ML model using federated learning (Nvflare)
