The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at American University of Sharjah (AUS) is accepting applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All candidates must hold a PhD in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics and have experience in North American-style education. Applicants should demonstrate a solid and active research record, with evidence of quality publications and clear potential for sustained contributions to the field. Successful candidates will be expected to establish and maintain an active research program, supervise master’s and PhD students, secure research grants, and engage in international collaborations. Evidence of excellence in teaching across all curriculum levels and strong communication skills in English are required.
