    The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY seeks to fill a tenure-eligible faculty position at the Assistant Professor level in Topology. This is a 9-month position in the regular title series with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2024. The successful candidate is expected to pursue a vigorous research program and to deliver high quality teaching to both graduate and undergraduate students. We encourage candidates with research interests in algebraic or geometric topology. The Department will also consider applicants with other research interests that are compatible with those of the faculty. A Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field required.
