NM Tech sends a higher fraction of its students on to graduate work than almost all other public institutions in the US. Our department has 12 full-time tenured faculty; we offer undergraduate specializations in atmospheric physics and astrophysics, as well as robust research and graduate degrees in those areas and in physics instrumentation.
