The Indiana University School of Medicine Graduate Division announces an opening for the Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA). Postdoctoral training at IU School of Medicine broadens the knowledge of PhDs while advancing their careers. The IUSM OPA serves 200+ postdoctoral scientists.

Position Summary:
Oversees all administrative aspects of postdoctoral community affairs, including furthering the development of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, establishing and maintaining communications with IUSM postdoctoral fellows in order to promote research collaborations, etc., providing career and professional development resources for IUSM postdoctoral fellows, including the planning of events focused on career and professional development, communicating information about career opportunities, developing and overseeing programs and events, as well as serving as an advocate for postdoc issues with faculty and administration.
