Expertise: My research interest relates to electrical and optical characterization of semiconductor devices. I am particularly highly motivated in studying the properties of active defects in III-V compound semiconductors systems. I am especially interested in studying this research area in order to improve the quality of the material and understand the effect of deep states on the performance of devices
