Expertise: My research interests are in the field of experimental nanoscience and spintronics. My group and I fabricate samples ranging in size from 1 mm down to 10nm (1x10-8m) using photolithography and electron beam lithography. Spin-tronics is a new frontier in physics that tries to build and study new electronic devices that utilize both the charge AND the SPIN of the electron.
