Expertise: The research focus of my laboratory is on the potential obesity and fatty liver disease preventive effects, as well as, the bioavailability and potential hepatotoxicity of dietary phytochemicals. We have active research programs on polyphenols derived from tea, cocoa, mushrooms, and avocados.
