Expertise: My research centers on the ecology, evolution and conservation of marine invertebrates. Research topics include the genetics of thermal tolerance, physiological responses to pH stress, and the evolution of mating systems. A important goal of my research is to understand whether adaptation may buffer demographic responses to climate change in some species.
