Key Responsibilities:

Develop machine learning approaches to predict intercalation and fracture in epithelial cell tissue

Generation of synthetic data via an in-house code
-
Analysis of synthetic and experimental data

Investigation of the convergence dynamics of machine learning algorithm

Investigation of the influence of noise in the input data

Collaborate with computational and experimental colleagues to interpret the results
Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Physics or Engineering

Experience with numerical packages, C++ and Python

Basic knowledge of deep neural network

Able to work in interdisciplinary research environment

Able to conduct research autonomously
