The University at Buffalo's Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a dynamic and innovative hub of research and academic excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Research Support Specialist in the Core Instrument Facility.
Job Duties include:
- Coordinating the open access core instrument facility within the department.
- Maintenance of instrumentation within facility.
- General facility upkeep, maintenance.
- Instruct in portions of undergraduate and graduate courses that involve practical or theoretical use of analytical techniques.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field or appropriate combination of education and/or experience
- Previous experience operating and maintaining analytical instruments, preferably in an academic environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
