Work in this area involves the use of PCR-based techniques as well as genetic and statistical analysis to establish the allelic frequencies of polymorphic genetic markers with ultimate goal of establishing an expandable population genetic database for the Jordanian population.\n\n2. Application of molecular biology techniques in various medical fields. Work in this area involves the use of PCR-based techniques in the analysis and diagnosis of various medical aspects including viral, bacterial, and mycotic infections, as well as male infertility, for proper management and treatment. Aspects of cancer cell migration and involvement of different genetic markers are within our laboratory interest. \r\n
