Another focus is data mining, data relevance and the design and development of software systems, leveraging human behavior theories (e.g., Information Foraging theory, Transactive Memory Systems) and empirical studies, to design and build better software tools and approaches that help developers, teams and managers become more efficient, improve the accuracy and efficiency during the software development process.
