Expertise: Fogwater quality, acidity, and its use as a positive resource (drinking water, agricultural support) in desert areas, in conjunction with the Atmospheric Environment Service in Canada;
Air pollution sources and emissions inventories in urban areas, their spatial variations, and their links to area dispersion models;
Air pollution (airshed) management concepts and applications, focussed toward Newcastle, but also in other urban areas;
Atmospheric particulate sources, dispersion, and chemistry.
