Expertise: Jerome Droniou's research interests are in theoretical and numerical analysis of partial differential equations. His first main interest is in elliptic or parabolic equations that appear for example in models of flows in porous media. He also studies scalar conservation laws with non-local fractional power of the Laplace operator (Lévy operator)
