The successor to YALO, the Small and Moderate Aperture Research Telescope System (SMARTS) is currently being organized. We hope to propose to the NSF to run the small (<2m) telescopes at CTIO.
I am also working on several curricular innovation projects, involving the Committee on Yale College Education , the Yale College Teaching & Learning Committee, and the Yale Center for Media Initiatives.
