The School of Biological Sciences (SBS), part of the College of Science, was established in 2002 with a mission to advance biological and biomedical sciences. At SBS, our research spans various areas, including infectious diseases, immunology, neurodegenerative diseases, telomere biology, and genome function. Over the years, SBS has attracted talented individuals from around the world and Singapore to join as scientific leaders and researchers.
A Project Officer position is available in the laboratory of Assistant Professor Wei MA at the School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. We are seeking a highly motivated and hard-working individual to support the lab activities of a plant research laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to various administrative tasks within the lab, including but not limited to safety and risk assessment, equipment maintenance, procurement, and other related duties.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelors in Biological Sciences or related fields
-
Prior lab experience in plant molecular biology, Nicotiana benthamiana transient expression assay, plant physiology, plant genetics, microscopy.

Competent in standard plant genetics, molecular biology, plant genetics, physiology, and Nicotiana benthamiana transient expression techniques.

Enthusiastic in plant biology research and able to work in a team.
