The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Auburn University invites applications for a tenure-track, nine-month position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area of Experimental Spectroscopy. All areas of fundamental and applied spectroscopic research will be considered. As a Research I university and one of the nation’s premier land, sea, and space grant institutions, Auburn University is fully committed to creating a stimulating academic environment for high-quality research and teaching excellence. The successful candidate is expected to develop a vigorous, externally funded research program and teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
