    Professor Qing Lin in the Department of Chemistry seeks a Postdoctoral Associate to develop novel bioorthogonal chemistries as tools for biomedical research. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, peptide chemistry, and/or chemical biology. The candidate shall be self-motivated and capable of carrying out the project independently.

    Duties may include, but are not limited to:


    • Organize and implement research plans

    • Develop methods or research that incorporate highly specialized training in a specific specialty

    • Conduct tests procedures and engage in data collection

    • Analyze, evaluate, and present findings in professional journals and at professional conferences and meetings
