    The Experimental High Energy Physics group at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo (UB) invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate position to work on the CMS experiment at LHC.


    The CMS group at UB comprises three faculty (Professors Iashvili, Kharchilava and Rappoccio), a number of postdoctoral researchers and graduate students. The group is involved in many aspects of the CMS experiment: operations of the pixel detector, developments for the Particle Flow algorithm for the HL-LHC, jet reconstruction and calibration, searches for the BSM signals in final states with third generation quarks, Higgs physics and SM measurements for Z+jets.
