Expertise: 1- Kinetic and mechanistic investigation of the mechanism of action of platinum and palladium anticancer drugs, including their structural and equilibrium behavior with various biologically active ligands as (DNA building blocks, amino acids, peptides, dicarboxylic acids and sulfur containing nucleophiles)
2- Physico-Chemical studies on Binary and ternary complexes of some metal ions with various biologically relevant ligands.
3- Study of Stability constant of mixed ligand complexes known to have biological activities, including equilibrium investigations as well as structural elucidation.
