Expertise: We are interested in developing in situ quantitative techniques that interrogate the folding, assembly, and misfolding of lipoprotein complexes that are the best molecular signatures of atherosclerotic risk. These will then be applied to attain mechanistic understanding that can lead to new therapeutic and diagnostic approaches for cardiovascular diseases
