Dr. Aheda Sabers' research interests include studying the phytochemical content of fruits, vegetable, and spices (i.e. Fenugreek, Hawthorn, Parsley, and Cilantro). Dr. Saber focuses on antimicrobial and anticarcinogenic effects of the phenolic compounds extracted from these natural products utilizing GC, GC/MS, and HPLC/MS. Her previous research studies included synthesis of boranes, carboranes, thoboranes, azaboranes, and their metal complexes starting with B10H14+
